Background

This month we want you to meet an exception strategist who has devoted much of his career in training others. Gerald has vowed to play a meaningful role in training many of the Cape Equity SME’s in years to come. 

Gerald was born on 23 September 1956 in Diep River. He has developed an impressive track record in organizational training and development. He is currently the Director at Organization Development International (ODI). Other position include:

• Management Consultant for ODI

Matriculated at South Peninsula High School.

Manager: Mergers and acquisitions in the UK (4 months Project)

Trainer, assessor, and moderator for Corporates in leadership and management training for management from NQF2 to NQF3

Consultant to the Board for Douglas Murray Home for the aged

Invited International speaker on customer service at conferences on Dublin and Amsterdam

Elder, responsible for Sunday Schools, in Old Apostolic Church
